Need traffic on my Blog

I have been trying hard get more traffic on it, but couldn't get much. Also this blog's bounce rate is 74%, how can I reduce it, Is there any problem with layout of blog?

Tweeting posts should be a regular thing. But one thing bloggers tend to do is just Tweet, “New post! [Link]” Truth be told, I NEVER click on those links.
