Can I register Google Adsense for my forum?

I have a forum about SEO and it's possible for me to register Google Adsense ?
what conditions I should follow to do that

Yes you sure can. I believe your site has to be 6 months old or more.

I also don't know much about Google Adsense but to register it your forum must be unique.

you can apply but Be careful with what type of content you are publishing. Because google adsense is not for Pornographic, Illegal Items, Drugs or other Blogs / Sites like that. Also Adsense not allow non english Blogs/websites.

if you own the forum then can register but can't apply google adsense by just owing a forum partcipation account

yes you can and you should be able to because your site is older than 6 months.

I would after achieving atleast 15k traffic per month then apply for adsense, though regarding forums what google thinks it is not that much clear.
