xenForo is an newly developed forum created by ex vBulletin Developers. I personally think this software is pretty decent and has potential to become great program. I have personally fell in love with the program and have so much planned for it. I am just running my xenForo site as a hobby and to learn more about it to better help members.

Depend on owners, what they want, what they will do, so I think both Vbulletin and Xenforo are good for web developers to have a good forum. For me, I prefer Vbulletin to Xenforo, perhaps I used it for a long time and now it's difficult to use others.
