Need some feedback to why a competitor is outranking me

Hi there,

My website has higher page rank than him, I was ranking #1 for Vancouver movers a few months back and now dropped to #14 or so, I haven't done anything... Firstly I enter the my keyword and it shows good rank.
Was negative SEO used on me? What is he doing right that I am not doing?

Have you used Google adwords ?May be competition is quite high for the key word you have optimized and for the same reason it will take a couple of months to get the #1 rank again.

I agree with you and you can also have a look at Google trends last 30 days search. So, it will help you to know about the most recent searched key words.
