I heard some SEO people said that "Should put keywords in first paragraph of an article is technically simple but more effective for SEO rankings", it is correct or not?
Can we still put keywords at middle or end of post but still be effective?

what do you think about that?

You can even put keywords in the title and even url but do not over do it. Having keyword in the first paragraph is a good practice as some search engines may not index the whole text but just a few paragraphs.

There is no such rule, but logically, keyword, the subject about which we are talking and doesn't come immediately doesn't sound natural, does it? when you talk about a thing it would certainly come in top of your discussion.

Yeah. It is good practice if you put keyword in first paragraph in article. By this method, SE find content easily.
