Are there any Facebook apps that can search for people by interests and location?

I'm looking for a Facebook apps that allow me to search for people by interests and location, is there a tool out there do that?
Your recommendations are appreciated.

I don't think of any software but you can always search for them manually. It may require lots of work but it will all be more effective.
