You must have disallowed Bing Bot in your Robots.txt file. Check once again. It should not be disallowed.

No I didn't disallow any search engine bots, problem is my webpages get indexed by bing slowly. For example, my blog have 11000 web pages but Bing only crawled 250 my webpages while Google indexed all on their search results. I'd like BingBot visit my site regularly and increase number of indexed pages on Bing. Looking for a solution for that

just submit your site to bing [URLnf="http://www.bing.com/toolbox/submit-site-url"]here[/URLnf]
and then your site will be crawled regularly..

Unfortunately, I did as you suggested but Bing's still crawl my site too slow, around3 weeks to 1 month a time.
Can you share me other tips?

Create two or three blog post about bing as an article
and provide a link to bing in your website
and post it to your site...this will workout..
