Dr. Hrayr K. Shahinian, MD is well known as the Director of the Skull Base Institute. Before taking on this position on the west coast, he served as Co-Director of the Skull Base Institute at the State University of New York at Stony Brook while also teaching within the school’s Surgery and Neurosurgery department. He also spent time founding and Directing the skull Base surgery program at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
