Why not write about the newest Christmas products released this year? What about Christmas recipes?
Think about what consumers do during Christmas like purchase decorations, figurines, ornaments and write about which is the best, top rated, etc...
You will have to target small niches related to these topics to help in terms of SEO. Do some research and take it from there
