Yes in the description. But you have to make sure you use the entire http:// link in there. I usually put it at the top of my description. Once you hit save go to the video and you will see the link is now anchored when you hover over it.

You have an ability to add In Video Link aswell

1.Login to your youtube account

2.Go to Video Manager

3.Click the “Edit” option of the video you like to place a link. Then you are directed to the “Info and Settings” interface.

4.At the “Info and Settings” tab, find the “Description” field and type in the link/s you want to place. Be sure it starts with an http:// for it to work. Do not start with www or it is not clickable.

5.Click “Save Changes” and that should do it.

You could actually just click the pencil next to the description on the actual page the video is on and add the link, while logged in to YT. ;D

Making sure the http:// is included of course
