Just like any business model, you have to find a demand then supply. What are you good at? Can you offer that as a solution for a particular problem?

You'd like to herd my thoughts? LOL Jokes aside. You should exploit your experience in order to find out what kind of business model to pursue, what target audience to cater to, and how to monetize your project.

What skills do you have? What education do you have? What experiences have you had? What qualifications do you have? Be honest with yourself {and others} and try to see if there is a need that you are able to fill. You have a picture of {presumably} you on a mountain. Are you a mountaineer or outdoorsman? If so, leverage that experience and expertise. Make sense?

eCigs are NOT as hot as they were a few years ago. But I do know that Blu eCigs have an affiliate program. Look on Conversant {previously Commission Junction} and LinkShare if you're interested in pursuing the eCig market. But know that it is no longer trendy or hip as it once was.

More tips to check if your niche is good in the market:

A. Is there a Dummies book about it?
B. Has it a 30.000 keywords search at Google keyword planner?
C. Are people talking about it at [URLnf=https://answers.yahoo.com/]https://answers.yahoo.com/[/URLnf]
D. Check your niche videos on YouTube who have the most views.
And read the comments to understand what your audience wants.
