Google reCaptcha

I have a WordPress blog and I want to add the captcha code at the end of blog post where user have to enter that if they want to comment on the blog post. I just seen the latest reCaptcha by Google it's awesome and pretty good. Can anybody tell me that how can I integrate that captcha in my blog.

I agree with Hassan, you click install plugin in your Wordpress and activate it, everything is fine as your expectation!
