Here are the stats for Web Hosts of the top 10,000 sites on the net (not sure how they determine that; via Alexa maybe?):

This chart is via [URLnf="http://trends.builtwith.com"]http://trends.builtwith.com[/URLnf] where it looks like you can see web technology usage trends for all kinds of stuff -- from frameworks, to hosts, javascript libraries, servers, etc. The charts and stats are pretty damn cool, but not all that surprising. Everyone knows Apache is the most used web server, but seeing the market-share is neat. You can pay for long term charts, but the prices are so high it looks like it is for big businesses only, which is a bummer.

I dont understand those stats, is it the site itself that is on amazon of a part of their content ? like streaming sites.

The graph basically shows what take these said hosting companies have on the market. Amazon's Cloud has a huge amount of take on the industry for high-profile websites and large corporations therefore they have a large portion of take. Rackspace has a pretty big take as well due to their powerful cloud platform. You need to consider this is only making calculations on DNS settings as well, as an example CloudFlare is a DNS type service that is why they are listed. Rackspace offers cloud based DNS services, as does Amazon. And GoDaddy, when you register a domain name, your domain automatically utilized their DNS services as well, so the chart can be misleading at times.
