There are few tips you can do it wel Before executing any campaign, its objectives and targets need to be pre-determined in order to get the maximum out of it. Avoid Spamming An opt-in option is a perfect way of taking permission and carrying out an effective email marketing campaign. Create the content of your message absolutely clear and easily readable. testing is always good before start any campaign try out different fonts for both content and links, re-positioning images such as logos and buttons and experiment with different emailing patterns (including the greeting and sign off). You need to develop a proper and well-searched email list for your campaign .

Do not use your personal account to send out massive amount of emails. Services like Mailchimp and AWeber are designed for that specific purpose; mass distribution of emails. Register on either one of them and create an email campaign. Keep in mind that there is additional cost depending on the volume of subscribers and daily campaigns.

i thinks you should choose a subject line that grabs your reader’s attention. Avoid vague content like "Our September Newsletter." Instead, use an interesting topic or headline from the newsletter, such as "Best Practices for Email Marketing" or "Inside: Exclusive Interview with Tiger Woods!"
gook luck !

Short and specific work well.

It's hard to give specific advice because we do not know your audience like you know your audience. The best you can do is split test multiple subject lines and see which have the best open rates, and use that as a basis for future emails.
