Could you tell me any guides on how to upload youtube videos that avoid copyright issues?

what things I should consider before uploading a video?

Simply upload original content, and if you have some music in the background or in the intro make sure it's original or royalty free music. Using royalty free music is also risky because if someone already copyrighted their video and it has the same song, that might flag your video as violating copyright.

Simply keep everything original and you should have no problems.
