Which is most used Control Panel for VPS? cPanel/Direct Admin/Plesk Control panel?

As I know then buying cPanel license is very expensive if using an unamanged VPS, right?

An unmanaged VPS does not include the price of cPanel, and on a VPS the price of cPanel is only $14 USD in comparison to on a Dedicated Server where it is $35. Usually a Managed VPS is priced at the cost of the VPS, plus the cost of the cPanel License, plus a premium for the managed support. Depending on your experience in managing a server, you may not exactly need to pay for a managed service, however without experience it is recommended.

For example, say you were to grab a 2GB VPS for $25 per month, add cPanel to that you're only paying $34 per month, whereas with most managed companies you would be paying $50 for the bundle.
