I assume we're talking about affiliate marketing here... That depends on the affiliate platform... For example Amazon its 24 hours and for Clickbank its 30 days.... So if you are not sure then refer to the affiliate platform documentation, terms of service etc...
Yes that is correct.. Its removed... In addition its worth noting that if a person is referred by another affiliate then that overwrites the cookie with a new one... In otherwords the last referred affiliate gets the credit should a sale be made during the validity of the cookie....
