Basically your video needs to be one of the best out there. People need to like it, if they like it they will:

• subscribe to your channel
• share it with friends / family
• share it on social media networks

I would pump up the views of the video. Send social media signals and build backlinks to it.

But this is only for 1 video, if you want to get the most out of YouTube, then upload x amount of videos and do the same to each of them. There are bots out there which can help you a lot. Saving you precious time!

A viral video can attract millions of views and for those that get videos to go viral it is often a case of good luck, good timing and having the right people see it. If you want to try your luck:

Post the video on Facebook, Tweet it and throw it up on social bookmarking sites like Reddit. In addition add it to other video sharing sites like Vimeo and DailyMotion and add a good viral video title. The goal is to get eyeballs on your video, get people to share it and find bloggers to write about it. Keep in mind that daily there are thousands of videos uploaded and high competition.
