Customer churn - what do you think are the major factors why customers move on? Is it primarily because of poor customer support, billing issues, they've outgrown your services, excessive downtime or simply better prices elsewhere? What other factors are there? How would you rank these in importance to you and why? What steps do you recommend to minimize customer churn?
