Is it not good if your page titles and page URLs that don't match? or your URL is not friendly URL? should an URL include keywords, if not, they are hard to get better rankings on SERPs?

An URL is "friendly" if:
It helps visitors remember the Web address.
It helps describe the page to search engines.
Search Engine doesn't mind if your URL and title are not the same. You can change your URL, but remember that URL must be easy to remember, and include your important keyword, that's good for SEO.

Your page titles and url titles should be (and will be the same) if you go into your "permalink" settings and set it to "post name" on Wordpress.

Yes, it's better if page titles and URLs describe the same thing. They don't have to be 100% matched, but should be similar.
Yes, your URLs are better search engine friendly (SEF).
If it's possible and still looks relevant and natural, put keywords on your URL will help better ranking (without neglecting other important SEO factors, off course).

Both are equally important for SEO but you don't want all your pages having the same title. Search Engines might falsely assume that you're keyword stuffing and penalize your website. So it's a good idea to alter your titles somewhat and mix it up altogether from time to time. This will make it appear more natural.
