How to get high Google Page Rank (PR) ?

Hello,

From last update of Google, my main site got pr 1 although I had more backlinks for it
an another website, I didn't make any backlinks for it, only some signatures from forums but it got Pr 3
what's wrong with me ? and How to get high Google Page Rank (PR) for my websites ?

Any ideas ?

PageRank improvement depends on lot of factors, link juice towards your Website URL, Website Structure, Content, Traffic, etc.

However, more is the priority of inbound links, if your Website has quality inbound links from High PageRank Websites. Links from high authority websites counts a more. Thus start link building campaign to build high quality inbound links to increase your Website's PageRank.

You can make use of related Keywords to link back to your Website, which will not only increase your Website PageRank, but also Keywords SERP (Search Engine Ranking Position)
