How to identify Fake PR of a website ?

Hi everyone,

I want to buy some high pr links from other sites for my site to gain good backlinks
I heard about fake PR for website but I don't know How to identify Fake PR of a website ?
Anyone here can suggest me tips to do that

Hi you,

You can go to google.com and type code with domain that you want to identify fake PR
code

info:www.domain_you_want_to_check.com

when it shows a other domain then that domain has a fake pagerank
That's is my suggestion.

There are so many online tools which can check the website which has fake PR. Use wwwdotcheckpagerankdotnet to check PR for a website.

I use search status firefox SEO plugin which indicate fake PR and fake alexa rank with * .

I think making use of different tools would also help in identifying fake PR. If the results given were inconsistent between the tools used to check PR, then you know there's something wrong with it.

Why not install Webrank Firefox or Chrome Add-on, or SEO Quake Add-on, I think this is easier.
