Google has G+, Bing has....

Along with your Google account, you get a personal G+ account that is used across all Google services as your login and profile. I am logged into Bing but I don't see anything equivalent to a G+ account. Is there something like that with Bing that ties into this Bing search profile??

I have a Microsoft account. That gets me into bing, office, outlook, calendar etc.
