Big Content Search?

I just found a very interesting PLR membership site: Big Content Search. It is the first search engine for Private Label Rights content. Database with over 128000 PLR articles and 1000 eBooks. My main concern is that it appears to have been around since 2010. In 2010, they were advertising 128000 articles. Today, they're still advertising the amount of these articles. I could not find out how they often update their articles so I am here to ask if someone asked it? How good is the content? Does it feel recent? Does it seem like the articles are already provided by members who've had access to them for the past 6 years?
