Can you tell me what is the minimum bid a Cost per Complete video (CPCV) ad network charges advertisers? in the case I want to get more views for my videos, what is the best platform for video marketing?

I think there's no magic formula about the minimum bid on CPCV, it depends on your platform you joined, your markets, your competitors, your video content (is it viral enough?) and many other factors. However if you run an video ad campaign on Facebook Ads, it's around 1 cent - 5 cents per views or even much more expensive if there're many advertisers doing the same as you.
