Where does 7search traffic come from? Is it good?

Hey everybody,

I have been looking to invest some money into PPC and I've come across 7search. I admit that I don't know much about them so I have a very simple question - Where does the 7search traffic really come from? Is it true that a lot of the sources that you will get are basically junk ones? Should you block those and is 7search even worth it?
