I'm new here. I'm interested in SEO & wanna work with it. So I need to learn about this first. Can anyone please recommend me some good SEO tools for beginning SEO. It'll be better if that's free to use.

You can use Smallseotools.com They have a great list of SEO tools. I have used them few months ago and they are really a good choice to start the things.

I already have checked that. But as far as I realized it will be helpful when you know what to do & how to do. I need some more. I'm looking for something like SEM Rush which is free.
