Have you tried a job where you test websites?

I recently viewed a video in youtube that introduced me to Usertesting. So I tried and applied for the job and good enough I was accepted. The problem is it has been almost a week now since I passed and I have not received any test yet. Is anyone here a tester? I would like to ask if it really is like this in the beginning.

Normally, you receive emails with test invitations. If you are not getting any invite, you may perhaps email their support group which is normally indicated in their website's contact information.
