First of all you search for websites which allow you a do follow links. How you will find those sites? You search for do follow site on Google and make sure those sites allow do follow links by checking other users link on those sites.

It depends on the website where you are submitting your links.
Some website give DO Follow and some NO Follow

If your backlinks are turned from do follow to no follow you need to contact who have made do follow backlinks from those sites.
There are plenty of sites who allow you to make do follow backlinks which don't get turn into no-follow backlinks, you can search this list on Google search.

You can do this style of linking automatically with scripts. Edit rel=nofollow but google bot will not read scripts.

The question was -how-to-make-do-follow-back-links-for-website which thought of scripting and not techniques whether it is benifical as only humans use do follow.

- web 2.0 submissions
- Guest Blogging
- Article Submission
- Directory Submissions

And Rest of Off-page Activites are all no-follow but never left those activities, rest of SEO Activities will get traffic to your website.

That means, the site you're posting on is giving a nofollow backlink.
Do get do follow backlinks you can
Build web 2.0s and link to your site.
Or try looking for guest-posting sites.
