CPC is a metric. PPC is a format.

CPC = cost per click. What you pay for a click.

PPC = Pay per click. It's an ad purchasing format.

CPC stands for Cost per Click.
PPC stands for Pay per Click.
CPC is a metric to analyze your digital marketing efforts.
PPC is a forte of Digital marketing.

Almost same, without abbreviation.
Because Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager etc are PPC platform. Facebook is saying we have to pay them per click basis. That mean when people will see my ads and click them, then facebook charge from us. What we pay facebook that are cost to us, So PPC and CPC are same figure. But two different thing. Because we analyze CPC before create ads on different PPC Platform.
