Increasing traffic to a website with payment methods? Pros and cons?

Hi, everyone, I am on a restricted budget for my current SEO project for a client of mine, so what are some effective paid methods to increase the traffic to a website, for let’s say between the gap of 300-400$ ?
Is it worth it for that kind of money, or should a continue with only organic and non-paid SEO?
