Linkedin Error Message received while launching a new campaign

I had paused the running campaign on Friday(23rd Nov 2018) because of weekend and now when I am trying to reactivate the campaign, I think there is some issue with the LinkedIn. It's neither allowing me to reactivate the existing campaign nor launch a new campaign. Also the LinkedIn chat support is offline. Below is the screenshot showing error message received while launching a new campaign.

I have never got this error before.
Are you retry to submit it again?
I doubt while you are reactivating your campaign then Linkedin is getting server error or their system error. Resubmission may solve this problem.
