I have been down the joint ventures road before. It all seems peachy keen at first. Time goes on, one says to another "What are you doing?", "You wouldn't be here without me.", "It was my idea" etc... Things fall apart.

Very few partnerships in business last. All need to compromise and need be able to share in order to make a JV become a success.
