These are not SEO automation tools. These are tracking and analysis tools. Completely different thing. Tracking and analysis tools are always worth using. SEO automation tools are not.

As others have mentioned, there aren't really any effective fully automated tools for SEO that are worth their salt anymore. There are tools which can help reduce the workload though.
