Paid Web Templates vs. Custom Web Design?

Hi everyone,

As all of us knew about website template: paid template is template ( exist in web template store) that you must purchase to apply for your website design, and custom web design is what you want designer to design for your website or you yourself design your own website template.
Can I know your opinion about Paid Web Templates and Custom Web Design?
which is more advantages and which one you prefer, why ?

Please share some thoughts?

Both can have their own advantages.
Paid Designs offer a nice theme that cna fit your site without you having to do any coding
Custom Designs: You make it so it can fit your website but you have to know alot of coding or pay for a custom design
