Nothing will be impacted, the facebook will stay as is, the company name has just been rebranded. Reason? We all know about facebook hidden jobs!

Reality check is they can rebrand sell off your account redirect it etc and you agreed to it by joining. All their traffic can be redirected where and whenever they wish and you will help them by posting your account. Myspace was the demonstration of this lesson.
