Google Adwords with Advertisement Coupon

Hi guys, I have an guy, though it may be babyish to some of you, I need help!
I have some Google Adwords Advertisement Coupons, does it possible to advertise my website with these coupons with recently started Google Accounts? If so, how?
I did try for days, however, it failed on the step of casting the ads to the webs.

first you got to add funds to adwords account before coupon will be accepted

Yes you need to add some fund in the account and then you can proceed with these coupons.
