How to convert Blogger theme to Wordpress?

I have a blogger theme and i used it in years now and I want to convert it to Wordpress. I don't know how to start with this because their theme structure is more different between Wordpress and Blogger. Are there any ways to solve this tasks? Your tips are welcomed.
