Does PR Content need to be Unique?

Hi friends,

I've seen more SEOers are publishing unique content for each PR websites in their SEO campaign. Is that how it should be?
Others are posting duplicated their content on different websites or forums. Is it ok or should not do that ?

Any thoughts ?

Yes content needs to be so unique so user can find it interesting to read new contents. Search engine would love new contents.

Yes, you said right. We must not spread duplicate content cause if the content will be duplicate then there is a chance of getting penguin panda penalty or your page rank will go down. So, stay away from copy paste content.
