Should we put Domain Name in Title and it is good for SEO?

Example for this forum :

"WebmasterSun.com - SEO Forum"
OR
"SEO Forum - WebmasterSun.com"

OR simply:
"SEO Forum"

Can you please show me comparisons with 3 samples above? which is best ? why ?

It is redundant to put domain name in Site Title.
Best Site title is include your brand with short description which include the products you sell.

Including Brand name in title tag is really nice practice. With this practice, you can increase some step in terms of branding. It is not necessary for all pages in website but I suggest you to add in important page where company identity metters. i.e home, about company, contact company, portfolio, client testimonial.

you can include short description of your website to your domain, it helps your visitors recognize what your site is all about.
