Is it advisable to use both WP Rocket and Memcached together for enhanced website performance?

I have a WordPress website, and I'm currently utilizing the WP Rocket Pro version for caching. Recently, I've installed Memcached for my server, and my website is now configured to work with Memcached. Is it advisable to run both caching mechanisms concurrently for optimal performance, and are there any benefits to this setup?
