Inconsistent Conversion Rates on Adwords in the Diet Industry

Hi everyone,
We're working in the diet industry, and I've noticed that our website's conversion rates on AdWords are highly inconsistent. For instance, one day we might achieve a conversion rate of 4%, while the next day it could drop to just 0.5%.
Can anyone shed light on the reasons behind this fluctuation? Is anyone else experiencing similar issues with their campaigns?

More people in the mood to buy one day than the next day.

Also, depending on where your ads are showing can be affected by the news of the day, as diet ads on news sites have a higher conversion rate.

It’s fun to think of your ads as being on a diet too! Like some days your ads really rock, and other days it’s just not feeling it for them 😅, it might be when the audience is feeling kinda funny that day, or maybe there’s something going on in the news... Maybe tracking where your ads perform best might help smooth over those fluctuations.
