How hard is it to launch a grocery delivery app using a ready-made script?

I’m exploring ideas for a local grocery delivery service and keep seeing “grocery delivery scripts” that promise a quick launch. Has anyone here tried building a business on one? Are they scalable, or do you eventually need to rebuild everything custom once you grow?

I've used several pre-made scripts over the years and find them ideal for testing a concept. It will be fine for a small local business use, but you may outgrow it if you were to become the Uber of grocery apps. Then you would need to rebuild from the ground up.
