Are affiliate offers getting harder to run on FB this year?

I’m noticing that even with clean ad copy, ads sometimes get flagged after a few days, especially when scaling. Landing page looks fine to me, but still facing random reviews.
Is this normal now with affiliate traffic, or am I missing something in setup?
How are you guys keeping campaigns stable long term?

It all went to crap the moment congress blew up at Zuck. Their only secret sauce was the data they were dealing. Stable and FB ads have never gone together.
