Pages not indexing even after GSC request- anyone else?

Hi,

I'm facing an issue where some of my pages are not getting indexed even after using the URL inspection tool in GSC.
content is unique , site is clean, but still no luck.
is this normal these days or am I missing something?

Check if those pages are getting any internal links from your high-authority pages. Google won't prioritize a new URL if it's sitting on an island. It’s pretty normal for the manual request to take a back seat if the site structure is a bit flat.

GSC request does not guarantee indexing , google still decides based on quality.

Even after GSC requests, Google’s just slower and more selective. Usually it’s content quality, weak internal links, or just low priority.

Yep, seeing the same issue here.
Submitting in Google Search Console doesn’t always mean instant indexing — sometimes Google just delays or skips pages.
In many cases, it’s because the page isn’t strong enough yet (content, links, or overall value).
Try boosting it a bit and be patient — indexing can be slower than expected these days.
