Difference Between a Plugins and a Widget in WordPress ?

I used wordpress flatform on my blogs but I still didn't realize which is the difference between a Plugins & a Widget in WordPress ?

can plz you show me ?

in fact they do and work the same way, the difference is a plugin will do more things on your blog and can be add anywhere, but the widgets you have to assign the location to them... that's all

When we need to add extra features to our blog, we use related plugins whereas to show the features of some plugins on the blog, we use the widgets. Your can find some default widgets with WordPress script and plugins as well but most of the plugins you'll need to add to your blog.
