Are you sending right offers to Your Viewers or Customers

Are you sure that you are sending right offers to your customers? I often found huge mails. And unfortunately most of them are repetitive, irrelevant. I often tried to "unsubscribe" them but some how I have found the same subject in my junk mail box. And without saying that, it is really very irritating too. I do not know even that, why such kind horrible policies they are applying. Is it really workable?
