Self linking article ?

Every article on WebmasterSun.com is self linked by it's title on H1 tag. I want to ask SEO people here if there is benefit for SEO ranking when doing that.

I saw another sites that practice this method.

Any ideas?

All most all sites use this method. Each content that is stored in main domain folder links itself.
