Hey, image alt text is part of on-site optimization; google can't tell what the images are without the alt tags. You should optimize the alt text, but don't use your keyword repeatedly. Instead, use variations of keyword. For example, if your kw is "buy desk online", you can use some variations like "best desk online", "order desk online in Chicago", etc.
