Yes! I know That Anybody Who gets these type of emails from Google and use it for free. But there are also some few's are out there who did not received these type of emails from Google. So, it is for them. By the way I need this money urgently for one of my online work.

Yes! I still have the coupon and you simply have to sign up for Adwords. Under billing tab you have to enter the coupon code and it will added to your balance automatically after you spend at least $20.
